When I felt so overwhelmed, you were compassionate and nonjudgmental but also direct with me. You set me on a path of being able to manage the situation with confidence, ultimately. I’ll never forget that!

Happy Clients

Simply put, Dr. Diane is an exceptional trainer! We engaged her services in January 2023 to lead a workshop titled "How I Show Up: Awareness, Biases, and Blind Spots." Her facilitation served as a catalyst for our ongoing cultural humility work throughout the year. She provided us with a solid foundation upon which we could continue to grow and develop.

From the very beginning, Dr. Diane effortlessly captivated our team, creating an atmosphere of trust and open dialogue. One of the most remarkable aspects of Dr. Diane's facilitation style was her ability to strike a balance between education and empathy. She skillfully navigated through sensitive topics, using real-life examples and interactive exercises to deepen our understanding of the impact of biases in the workplace, as well as our personal lives.

Dr. Diane's training provided numerous valuable insights, but two aspects were particularly noteworthy. Firstly, her exceptional skill in normalizing bias was truly commendable. By acknowledging that bias is a common human experience, she helped us overcome self-judgment and embrace the need for change. This understanding was crucial in empowering us to take meaningful steps towards creating a more equitable world. Dr. Diane's ability to deepen our comprehension of bias elevated the training experience significantly.

Secondly, Dr. Diane introduced us to the concept of the "messy middle," which has become an integral part of our discussions. By embracing the "messy middle" and vulnerability, we discovered the potential to contribute positively to change. This concept has resonated deeply with our team and has encouraged us to seek common ground and bridge gaps in understanding.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Diane to any organization seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to guide them through bias training in the DEI space. Her outstanding facilitation abilities and unwavering commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity make her an invaluable asset for any team or company.

Thank you, Dr. Diane, for illuminating our path toward a more equitable and inclusive future.
