iFOB helps individuals, healthcare systems, education systems, and small business owners create change. We do this by innovatively designing and implementing culturally sensitive and inclusive solutions aimed at narrowing disparities and modeling equity. Together we can engineer hope and redesign expectations through facilitating a shared understanding with organizations and people striving to have their intent to mirror their impact.
